CAN I COME WITH MY PET TO MAMA?
Yes, if it is small and domesticated. MAMA loves a furry friend and dogs are welcome on leads on the hotel ground floor! Small dogs up to 12kg are welcome and MAMA charges a £25 cleaning charge per pet and per day with a Pet Promise Waiver signed at check in. MAMA provides a towel and food bowl for your pooch pal and requests your best friend is not left alone in the bedroom. Bedrooms for pets are allocated on the ground and first floor.
HOW MUCH IS THE BREAKFAST? WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST’S OPERATING HOURS?
£15 per adult and £7.50 per child (under 12). Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:30 Monday to Friday, and 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
HOW TO DO MY CHECK-IN?
Do not forget the following documents to proceed your check-in:
- Valid credit card matching the name on the ID
- Valid ID document (compulsory for foreigners)
If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:
- Printed reservation confirmation
- Valid credit card used for the reservation
- Valid ID of the person who booked the room
Unfortunately, for security reasons we won't be able to let your guest(s) check-in without at least one of these documents.

Check-out : 12PM
CAN I MAKE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check out is based on availability and the decision of the acting supervisor. If granted, late check-out will be until 2pm at an additional charge.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Mama Shelter cannot accept reservations without any credit card guarantee.
You credit card WILL BE CHARGED for best available rates, rack rate, special offers and promotion, at the time of the reservation. These rates are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
You credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for standard reservations with flexible rates. Mama Shelter only asks for your credit card details to guaranty your reservation.
THE FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE ARRIVAL at Mama Shelter.
If you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, Mama Shelter can charge your credit card of the amount of one night.
CAN I HAVE A BABY COT?
Only Large MAMA, Underground MAMA Double Double, Underground Mama XL and Underground Mama Triple rooms can accommodate one baby cot for £15 per night for a baby under 3 years of age. Safety regulations strictly prevent us from accommodating more than 2 people (adults or children) in a room. No extra bed can be added, but our adjoining rooms are perfect for families.
