Belgrade's Milic Bugarcic, better known as Spacewalker, is considered by many to be Serbian Gilles Peterson. With his influential radio show "Balance" ("Balanso"), he's been spreading the good vibrations for over a decade. Known for his eclectic "Balanso" parties, Spacewalker is undoubtedly the most dedicated vinyl collector and connoisseur of underground black music in the country, from deep jazz to the freshest bits.
