Our parking is in the underground garage in Uzun Mirkova st. in the Rajiceva Shopping Center, where the Mama Shelter is located. As a result Mama won't be able to take any booking.
Price: 20 euros per night. (maximum car height: 2,2m).
CAN I PARK MY CAR ON YOUR PARKING LOT IF I'M ONLY COMING TO THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, it's Rajiceva Shopping Center's parking lot.
DO YOU HAVE FREE MOVIES?

CAN I COME WITH MY PET TO MAMA?
Yes, if it is small and domesticated. 25€ per pet and per day. 12 kg maximum.
HOW MUCH IS THE BREAKFAST? WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST’S OPERATING HOURS?
Our breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am from Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 11am during weekends.
Adult: €13
Child (under 12): €6.50 - Not included in total price of stay
Child (under 5): free
HOW TO DO MY CHECK-IN?
Do not forget the following documents to proceed your check-in:
- Valid credit card matching the name on the ID
- Valid ID document (compulsory for foreigners)
If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check-in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:
- Printed reservation confirmation
- Valid credit card used for the reservation
- Valid ID of the person who booked the room
Unfortunately, for security reasons we won't be able to let your guest(s) check-in without at least one of these documents.

WHAT TO DO IF I ARRIVE LATE AT MAMA BELGRADE?
If you know you will arrive after 12am, do not hesitate to send us an email to: reception.belgrade@mamashelter.com. Once you arrive you only need to go to the front desk, and check-in with our receptionists.
Your plane has been delayed, or you missed your train? Don't worry, our front desk is open 24/7, and there is always security at the entrance of Rajiceva Shopping Center to help you.
CAN I MAKE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check-out is based on availability and the decision of the acting supervisor. If granted, late check out will be until 2pm at an additional charge of 30 euros, until 6pm 50% of day's price, after 6pm 100%.
WHEN IS YOUR FRONT DESK OPEN?
Our front desk is open 24/7.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Mama Shelter cannot accept reservations without any credit card guarantee.
You credit card WILL BE CHARGED for best available rates, rack rate, special offers and promotion, at the time of the reservation. These rates are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
You credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for standard reservations with flexible rates. Mama Shelter only asks for your credit card details to guaranty your reservation.
THE FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE ARRIVAL at Mama Shelter.
If you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, Mama Shelter can charge your credit card of the amount of one night.
Belgrade: 1.40€ per night and per person of local tax
CAN I HAVE A BABY COT?
Yes, baby cot is available on request at 15 EUR daily cost.
DO YOU HAVE ROOM SERVICE?

Standard reservations at Flexible Rates may be cancelled or amended 48 hours before 12:00pm local time on the due date of your arrival.
BEST AVAILABLE RATES, PACKAGES AND RACK RATES
Saver Rates (best available rates, rack rates, special offers and promotions) may not be cancelled or amended.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT MAMA SHELTER BEFORE MY CHECK-IN AND / OR AFTER MY CHECK-OUT?
Yes, if you arrive early, or if you decide to stay a little bit longer after your check-out Mama will watch your luggages. You only need to ask our front desk.
WHAT ARE MAMA BELGRADE ROOM CATEGORIES?
The Medium Mama are 215 sq ft.
The Large Mama are between 269 - 279 sq ft.
The XXL Mama are between 398 - 527 sq ft.
