CAN I COME WITH MY PET TO MAMA?
Yes, if it is small and domesticated. €20 per pet and per day.
HOW MUCH IS THE BREAKFAST? WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST’S OPERATING HOURS?
Our breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10am from Monday to Saturday, and from 6.30am to 10.30am on Sundays.
Adult: €14
Child (under 12): €7 - Not included in total price of stay
Child (under 5): free
HOW TO DO MY CHECK-IN?
Do not forget the following documents to proceed your check in:
- Valid credit card matching the name on the ID
- Valid ID/passport of all guests in the room
- Full home address
- VISA number if issued
Unfortunately, as per Czech law we won’t be able to accommodate you without all above information.
If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:
- Printed reservation confirmation
- Valid credit card used for the reservation
- Valid ID of the person who booked the room
Unfortunately, for security reasons we won't be able to let your guest(s) check-in without at least one of these documents.

WHAT TO DO IF I ARRIVE LATE AT MAMA PRAGUE?
If you know you will arrive after 9pm, do not hesitate to send us an email to: reception.prague@mamashelter.com. Once you arrive you only need to go to the front desk, and check-in with our receptionists.
Your plane has been delayed, or you missed your train? Don't worry, our front desk is open 24/7.
CAN I MAKE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check out is based on availability, please check with reception.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Mama Shelter cannot accept reservations without any credit card guarantee.
You credit card WILL BE CHARGED for best available rates, rack rate, special offers and promotion, at the time of the reservation. These rates are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
You credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for standard reservations with flexible rates. Mama Shelter only asks for your credit card details to guaranty your reservation.
THE FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE ARRIVAL at Mama Shelter.
If you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, Mama Shelter reserves rights to charge your credit card of the amount of one night.
CAN I HAVE A BABY COT?
Only Large Mama rooms can accommodate one baby cot for 15 €/night for a baby under 3 years. Safety regulations strictly prevent us from accommodating more than 2 people (adults or children) in a room. No extra bed can be added. Our adjoining rooms are perfect for families.

Standard reservations at Flexible Rates may be cancelled or amended 48 hours before 12:00pm local time on the due date of your arrival.
BEST AVAILABLE RATES, PACKAGES AND RACK RATES
Saver Rates (best available rates, rack rates, special offers and promotions) may not be cancelled or amended.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT MAMA SHELTER BEFORE MY CHEK-IN AND / OR AFTER MY CHECK-OUT?
Yes, if you arrive early, or if you decide to stay a little bit longer after your check-out Mama will watch your luggages. You only need to ask our front desk.
WHAT ARE MAMA PRAGUE ROOM CATEGORIES?
The MEDIUM MAMA rooms are 86 sq ft.
The LARGE MAMA rooms are 269 sq ft.
The XXL MAMA rooms are 473 sq ft.
The MAMA PENTHOUSE is 312 sq ft.
CAN I PRIVATIZE YOUR TERRACES?
Sorry, our terraces cannot be privatized.

As Mama Prague is in a residential area, all our terraces close at 10pm.

Our restaurant is open everyday from 6.30am to midnight.
