The responsibility of Mama Shelter, and the purpose of the document you are reading is:
- To inform you that these trackers exist;
- To inform you that we may make use of them;
- And to explain to you how you may disallow these trackers or delete them.
What is a tracker?
In computing, the trackers, including cookies, are data used by a server to send status information to a user's browser, and used by that browser to return status information to the origin server.
The status information can be, for example, a session identifier, a language, an expiration date, a response area, etc.
The trackers make it possible to keep, during their period of validity, status information when a browser accesses the different pages of a website or when that browser later returns to this website.
There are various types of cookies:
- “Session” cookies that disappear as soon as you leave the browser or the site;
- “Permanent” cookies that remain on your device until their duration expires or until you delete them using the features of your browser.

Accept, reject or delete trackers
Acceptance of trackers
Among the trackers we use, the installation of which is subject to your consent, are for the purpose of audience tracking, advertising, and social networks. Also, during your first visit to one of our websites, you are asked if you accept the installation of this type of cookies that will only be activated after your acceptance.
This approach takes the form of an information banner that appears on your first visit to one of our websites. This banner informs you that your continued browsing on our site implies your acceptance of the use of cookies, subject to consent on your device. This means that if you leave our site without navigating, none of the trackers we use will have been installed.
You can also continue browsing while denying trackers. For this, several options, described below, are available to you.
You can revisit your choice at any time.
Your browser settings
Most browsers are set by default to accept the installation of all trackers, you can instead choose to reject systematically or select those you accept, depending on their senders. You may also set your browser to accept or reject trackers on a case-by-case basis prior to installation.
Whichever you choose, you may delete your terminal's trackers at any time via your browser. Remember that you should set each browser on your different devices (tablets, smartphones, computers, etc.). You will find below how to set trackers for the most popular browsers:
If your browser is set to accept trackers in your device, the trackers built into the pages and contents you have viewed may be temporarily stored in a dedicated space on your device. They will be read only by their sender.
If your browser is set to refuse some or all of the trackers, we draw your attention to the fact that certain features, pages or spaces of our websites may not be accessible or may not provide you with the best navigation conditions.
Refusal of trackers according to their purpose
If you do not want to manage the trackers by modifying the settings of your navigator, you will find below the different means available to you to refuse the trackers according to their purpose.
For audience tracking
We use the following audience tracking solution. You will find below a line to a page allowing you to know more about this use and proposing a mechanism of objection to the trackers concerned.

For advertising
Several platforms of advertising professionals offer you the opportunity to refuse or accept cookies used by companies that are members. These centralised mechanisms do not block the display of advertisements but only prevent the installation of cookies that customise the advertisements to your interests.
For social networks
On our sites you will find social network sharing buttons listed below. For each of them, you will find below a link to a page allowing you to find out more about how these networks use trackers and how you can set up your account.
